£19,578 to £20,761 per annum pro rata  
                                                     
Are you a people person who thrives in a customer focused role? If so, we have the ideal role for you! 

Two exciting opportunities have arisen to join our Broadview Lodge team at the University of East Anglia’s UEA Accommodation Office. 

You will assist in the daily operation of Broadview Lodge, which is UEA’s 63 room guest accommodation, as well as dealing with group accommodation bookings in university residences.  

Broadview Lodge offers short to medium term bookings to the general public and university community in hotel standard rooms on campus to guests attending business meetings, interviews, conferences or for leisure visits to the area.  

We hold the 5-star rating for campus accommodation from Visit England.  Further information can be found at:

You will have experience of working in a busy, customer focused role, have excellent interpersonal skills, be organised and able to manage your time and be able to fulfil all essential elements of the person specification. 

There are 2 posts available immediately on an indefinite part-time basis.

One post is 14 hours per week: Saturdays and Sundays 8:00am to 3:30pm.

The second post is 19 hours per week: Fridays 4:00pm to 9:00pm, Saturdays and Sundays 1:30pm to 9:00pm.
