Terms of Use
During the registration process for web recruitment, you are required to provide some limited personal information, such as your full name and email address. By submitting this information, you consent to the University holding and processing it for recruitment and employment purposes.
General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018
If you submit an application for employment, the University will record and use the information which you provide for the purpose of dealing with your application including: recruitment process, (if appointed) for establishing your human resources record and for compiling confidential statistics for the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA).
Access to your information will be limited to the appropriate University employees and we will not pass the details on to any third party or use it for marketing purposes. The information will not be kept any longer than is necessary for these purposes. If you are unsuccessful at the recruitment stage your application will be removed from the system after a period of twelve months.
Personal data provided on the Equal Opportunities Monitoring section of the form will be recorded and used for the purpose of monitoring the University Equal Opportunities Policy and for statistical purposes. It does not form part of the assessment of your application and it will not be shared with the selection panel or anyone with responsibility for the administration of the selection process.

By submitting an application you are confirming that all personal details provided in the application form, the equal opportunities section and any accompanying documentation are correct, and understand that any false statement could result in the appointment being declared invalid.
