We need a true analytics & insights expert! Are you up to speed with the very latest Google Analytics and digital toolkit? Are you an advocate for MI, analytics & insight-led marketing? 
 
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Insights & Analytics Officer to join the UEA’s busy Admissions, Recruitment and Marketing Division. 

Responsible for the successful development and delivery of the UEA web analytics infrastructure, delivering strategic direction relating to campaign insight on all allocated projects, including CRM and wider website optimisation activity.

The role will lead digital analytics and tracking capability across campaigns, website, social media – driving & delivering best practice from concept to completion. You will work with other members of the Marketing team whilst closely managing existing requests, reporting and campaigns to ensure successful delivery and demonstrable results. Thinking and acting both proactively and reactively. Spotting trends, establishing recommendations & insights from a variety of data sources and research, implementing a robust A/B & MVT testing programme plus training stakeholders with self-service tools.

In addition, you will help the team to manage the day-to-day analytics, tracking & testing requirements. You’ll be working with stakeholders across the UEA as well as our agency partners. Helping lead digital innovation & drive an MI-led culture within the Marketing team and beyond. 

You will be able to demonstrate experience of creating strong ties with stakeholders. You will be a self-driven marketing analytics & insights expert, with knowledge and understanding of current key marketing and business disciplines. An expert in a variety of the latest tools and technologies, such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Google Tag Manager, Optimise, Search Console etc and be able to quickly pick up Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools (such as Datorama). 
 
You will have strong digital experience; desire to innovate and challenge convention; and experience of bringing together and exciting multiple stakeholders to deliver projects.

This full-time post is available immediately on an indefinite basis. The role is hybrid, typically working 2 days a week on campus.

UEA offers a variety of flexible working options and although this role is advertised on a full-time basis, we encourage applications from individuals who would prefer a flexible working pattern including annualised hours, compressed working hours, part time, job share, term-time only and/or hybrid working.
