£44,737 to £51,805 per annum
The School of Health Sciences at the University of East Anglia is a vibrant academic community, with a strong commitment to world leading education, applied health research, and enterprise. At an exciting time of growth and development, we are seeking to appoint a full-time Lecturer to join our experienced and dedicated academic team on an indefinite basis.
The successful candidate will contribute to and lead, where appropriate, to the undergraduate and postgraduate education provision, curriculum development, student support and assessment, specifically in the BSc and Integrated Masters in Speech and Language Therapy programmes. We would welcome applications from colleagues with experience in the field of adult acquired communication disorders and eating, drinking and swallowing difficulties. You will support and lead on education provision relating to a range of acquired communication and swallowing disorders (according to your expertise).
You will be a HCPC (or international equivalent) registered speech and language therapist and hold a good first degree (2:1 or above). You will have a repertoire of skills that extend beyond the SLT specialism and will contribute more widely to a range of School priorities and educational provision. The speech and language therapy programmes offer a curriculum designed around problem-based learning that aims to create active student learners.

UEA offers a variety of flexible working options and although this role is advertised on a full-time basis, we encourage applications from individuals who would prefer a flexible working pattern including annualised hours, compressed working hours, part-time, job share, term-time only and/or hybrid working.
