Recruitment and Outreach Administrative Assistant
Ref: SC4284
£21,197 to £23,144 per annum
We are seeking a flexible team player with good administrative skills to work within our Recruitment Outreach & Events Support Team. The team provides support to both the Outreach and Recruitment Team throughout the academic year and during school holidays. The Recruitment team are responsible for promotion of the University and encouraging students across the UK to consider studying at UEA. The Outreach team are also responsible for encouraging underrepresented groups within the region to consider studying at University or within Higher Education.
This varied role focuses on providing support to both teams, including supporting events, on campus, virtual activities and organising travel and logistics for a mobile team. You will benefit from close support, training and development.
You must be able to work as part of a team, have strong communication skills to engage with people and handover, be prepared to use your initiative and enjoy working in a changing and fast-paced environment. You will have experience of providing administrative and logistical support services for a team and be able tofulfil the rest of the essential criteria detailed in the person specification.
This full-time role is available from December 2022 on an indefinite basis.
