We are looking for a part-time experienced Research Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Applied Research Collaboration East of England (ARC EoE), based at University of East Anglia. You will join a passionate group of researchers and administrators who support research, research training, and research translation across the East of England and nationally with our extensive network of collaborators. The role is based with the Mental Health Over the Life Course theme, and will provide the opportunity to work with colleagues across our other themes and other partner Universities (Hertfordshire, Cambridge, Essex).
You will work in collaboration with University academic, administrative and support staff and with external partners across the NHS and industry. You will be an active and valued member of the ARC team, responsible for organising meetings, events and workshops, diary management and minuting meetings and maintaining and monitoring progress. You will have experience in preparation of public-facing material across various platforms. The role will require you to be confident in proof reading, formatting, and presenting data for stakeholder and milestone reports.
You will be able to fulfil all essential elements of the person specification.

Our aim is to submit to the Race Equality Charter in 2024.
