LICENSING AND ARCHIVE ADMINISTRATOR (0.6 FTE, Job Share)

£27,116 to £33,309 per annum, pro rata

The Faculty of Arts and Humanities is seeking to appoint a Licensing and Archive Administrator to provide support for the day-to-day operation of the Archive. 

In this role, you will manage day to day customer relations for the collections and deal with enquiries from a range of people and organisations who wish to access the archive.

In addition, you will have responsibility for facilitating access to moving image material held at the Archive through research into the collection, providing advice and guidance on copyright and licence arrangement, and working out costs and quotes for charges for the digitisation of material.

Working as part of a team, you will also contribute to the general operational running and activities of the Archive, including co-ordinating the flow of technical work.

You will have a degree or equivalent level qualification and/or recent experience of working in a comparable role, excellent communication andorganisational skills.

This part-time (0.6 FTE) job share post is available from 1 September 2022 on an indefinite basis.

The post is based at the East Anglian Film Archive, The Archive Centre, County Hall, Martineau Lane, Norwich, NR1 2DQ.
