£23,715 to £27,131 per annum
Are you passionate about customer service and ensuring guests have the best stay possible?
This is an exciting time of growth for business across the Accommodation department and you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the guest accommodation team to provide an excellent service for guests and to develop new business opportunities.
You will be part of the guest accommodation management team who look after guest accommodation at UEA which includes Broadview Lodge, group bookings in UEA residences, and other accommodation bookings.
UEA has a number of residences open to the public including Broadview Lodge which is is UEA’s Visit England 5 star rated, 63 room guest accommodation and offers short to medium-term bookings. UEA residences are also used, particularly out of term time for group and conference bookings.
You will assist the Student Accommodation Manager (Processes and Communications) with the daily operational management of guest accommodation and will be involved with the continued growth of the business.
You will have experience gained within a customer focused role, be comfortable supervising a team, have excellent communication skills and will be motivated by developing and growing the business. You will also be able to fulfil all essential elements of the person specification.
This full-time post is available from 1 March 2023 on an indefinite basis.
