School Coordinator/Personal Assistant to Head of School
Ref: SC4339
£23,715 to £27,131 per annum
We have an opportunity for an experienced and proactive administrator to join the Faculty Professional Services (FPS) team in the School of Psychology. This role supports the academic and operational administration of the School which includes line management of the FPS team and Personal Assistant support to the Head of School.
You will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and proven organisational skills, which will allow you to coordinate a broad and varied range of tasks.
Working with a variety of different stakeholders within the School, the University and external organisations and businesses, you should have the ability to develop effective working relationships and handle both professional and business information that is of a sensitive and/or confidential nature.
We seek an experienced and proactive individual who will enjoy working in this stimulating and diverse role.
The post is available from 21 March 2023 or as soon as possible thereafter on a full-time indefinite basis. The Faculty Professional Service Team have a hybrid working pattern, combining working on campus (required) and at home.
