IT Service Desk Adviser (3 Posts)

£21,197 to £23,144 per annum
You will be the public face of our busy UEA IT Service, based within our Service Desk Team providing IT support services to UEA students, staff and visitors.
The post is a customer focused role but requires the development of a wide-ranging skill set to support our variety of IT systems. You must have analytical and problem-solving skills to enable diagnosis and troubleshooting of IT faults, together with a good working knowledge of desktops and applications.
A good general education, including passes at GCSE at Grade C or above in English and Mathematics (or equivalent qualification) and/or significant experience in a directly relevant role is essential.
Evening and weekend working is required as part of a 5 day rotating shift pattern covering the opening hours of the Service Desk between 8am and 7pm on weekdays, and 11am and 7pm at weekends.
We have three full-time posts immediately available, on a fixed term basis ending 31 July 2023.
