£21,197 to £23,144 per annum
Full-Time, Fixed Term
We are seeking to appoint two enthusiastic individuals to join our administration team supporting the Faculty of Science.
The workload is varied and you will be interacting with a wide range of staff across the University and with external stakeholders. If you have great administrative skills and like working with people, we want to hear from you!
You will provide a pro-active, high quality administrative service and will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
You will have a minimum of five GCSE passes at Grades A-C (or equivalent qualification/experience), including Mathematics and English, and be able to fulfil all essential elements of the person specification.
In order to meet the demands of this role, you will also have:
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience of working with office procedures and administrative systems.
- High standards of customer service.
These full-time posts are available immediately on a fixed term basis until 31 July 2024. Interviews are expected to take place on 16 February 2023.
