Administrator - Impact Acceleration Accounts (IAAs)

£23,715 to £27,131 per annum
UEA currently holds two Impact Acceleration Accounts (IAAs). These awards provide internal funding opportunities to help translate research into real-world applications. You will be instrumental in the delivery of these awards through coordination and administration of internal funding opportunities, delivery boards and associated engagement activities. The role will work closely with existing institutional support for impact and innovation activity.
We are looking for an organised and experience administrator to join the Impact Team. This role will have a broad remit of administration, events support as well as providing financial monitoring and guidance to internal grant holders.
Educated to A level (and with Mathematics and English (grades A-C) at GCSE level), or with equivalent qualifications/experience. In addition, you will have recent experience of working in a busy clerical or administrative role, well developed organisational skills, and demonstrable numeracy and financial processing skills. Applicants will be expected to satisfy all essential criteria outlined in the person specification.
This post is available immediately on a full-time, fixed term basis up to 31 March 2025.
The work conditions will involve a hybrid work model, consisting of considerable remote working alongside regular days for face-to-face working on the UEA campus, as agreed with the line manager.
