£21,197 to £23,144 per annum

The Campus Kitchen is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated duty manager to support the front of house team, helping drive sales in our outlets, and providing day-to-day management and overseeing of business operations.
Duty Managers are required to oversee the daily management of 12 outlets including our delivered catering service, covering a wide range of concepts from our barista coffee shops to an on-trend street food outlet. You’ll be great with people and will know how to resolve those sticky situations, and you will also be able to provide great customer service for every service style! The role requires a quick thinker who is able to make carefully judged decisions during busy service periods, but also enjoys being involved in longer term projects within thebusiness and wider university.
You will be required to provide day-to-day reactive management of operations, team, stock management, outlet presentation, food safety, health & safety and delivery of outstanding customer service.
Previous experience in a duty management role is essential, along with experience of working in a customer focused environment and commercial awareness.
The position will include some early evening and weekend work, working 5 days out of 7.
