Duty Senior Supervisor (Retail)
Ref: GG579

£21,197 to £23,144 per annum

UEA Retail & Catering Services are seeking a confident and enthusiastic supervisor to become part of the supervisory team at The Shop@UEA.

Previous supervisory experience within the retail industry is essential and you must have the ability to lead and coach a team, as our services are primarily staffed with temporary, mainly student, staff.

The role is a combination of:

Shop floor supervision
Customer service
Warehouse duties
Deputising for management
Ordering of stock and stock management
Project work

Due to the nature of the business, the role will involve evenings during term-time, early mornings and weekends. Working hours are 36.25 per week, working on a rota basis any five days from seven.

You’ll enjoy time off during our closure periods over Christmas and Easter and have an increased opportunity to take leave during the summer months compared with the rest of the retail industry. Benefits also include an excellent pension, generous annual leave entitlement and working in a beautiful campus environment.

If you are passionate about your career and looking for a good work life balance, this could be the ideal role for you. If you meet all the essential requirements on the person specification, we would love to hear from you.
