Civic and Public Affairs Administrator (full-time, fixed term for two years)

£23,715 to £27,131 per annum
UEA’s Research and Innovation Service (RIN) are looking to recruit a Civic and Public Affairs Administrator to support the Civic University and Public Affairs teams.
You will be a first point of contact for enquiries from both internal and external stakeholders including academics, parliamentary staff and regional organisations.
If successful, you will support the Civic and Public Affairs teams through diary and events management, drafting documents and reports, preparing and monitoring financial data and researching potential organisations and key stakeholders to support the University’s civic and public affairs activities.
You must have two A levels at grades A-E, and five GCSE passes at grades A-C (including Mathematics and English), or equivalent qualifications or equivalent experience. In addition, you will have recent experience of working in a busy clerical or administrative role, well developed organisational skills, and demonstrable numeracy and financial processing skills. Common sense, discretion and respect for confidentiality are essential requirements of the role. Applicants will be expected to satisfy all essential criteria outlined in the person specification.
This full-time post is available immediately on a fixed term basis for two years.
