Membership Advisor

£20,950 per annum plus discretionary sales commission
Sportspark is the biggest community sports facility in the East of England (www.sportspark.co.uk/). With nearly 1.5 million visits a year, it is one of the most used sports facilities in Britain.
We seek an individual with the skills and experience to take forward an innovative membership sales strategy to increase membership numbers, retain existing members and present the Sportspark brand and membership option to the community and corporate marketplace.
You must have GCSEs (or equivalent qualifications) including English and Mathematics at Grade C or above or NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service (or equivalent qualification), together with experience of working in a customer facing environment. Demonstrable experience in quality customer care and sales, and the ability to work a shift pattern which includes some evening and weekends is also essential.
The role is offered on an indefinite, full-time basis (40 hours per week) and benefits include an excellent pension scheme; working in a beautiful campus environment and access to Sportspark, one of the country’s leading sports complexes.
This full-time position is available immediately on an indefinite basis.
