This is a fantastic opportunity if you are seeking a career within business administration. If you have great administrative skills and are committed to providing excellent customer service, we have two posts available to interest you.
You will join a busy team within the Learning and Teaching Service (LTS). You will be providing support and guidance to students and academic staff who are studying and working at the University. You will work closely with team members to meet important deadlines whilst managing your own workload.
Working within LTS you will deliver many of our most critical functions, ensuring the secure, accurate handling of sensitive student data and course information. With the student experience at the heart of the service you will contribute to the Learning and Teaching Service’s continuous improvement ethos.
You will have a minimum of five GCSE passes at Grades A-C (or equivalent qualification/experience), including Mathematics and English, and be able to fulfil all essential elements of the person specification.
The posts are available immediately on an indefinite basis.
It is anticipated that interviews will be held on 15 December 2022.
Closing date: 28 November 2022
The University is committed to diversifying its workforce. As examples, we already hold an Athena SWAN Silver Institutional Award in recognition of our advancement towards gender equality. We also have a Vice-Chancellor led Taskforce on Tackling Racism and a Race Equality Charter Working Group which support our work on race equality. Our aim is to submit to the Race Equality Charter in 2024.
