FACILITIES COORDINATOR
REF: SC4299
£23,715 to £27,131 per annum
We have an exciting opportunity for a new role within the Estates Department as a Facilities Coordinator to become part of the Customer Liaison Team
You will work with Estates Managers, stakeholders and key customers to get understanding and agreement on service levels and ensuring the day-to-day delivery of Estates Services meets the operational needs of our customers and act as an ambassador for the UEA Values and Behaviours. The role will involve working on campus.
Experience of working in a Facilities based role is essential along with the IOSH Managing Safely qualification and experience of using CAFM systems. Previous experience of working in a maintenance and project collaborative environment would be advantageous.
We are looking for someone customer focused with IT Skills, who is flexible in their nature and willing to undertake additional duties when required.
Working hours are 36.25 per week, five days a week and benefits include generous holiday entitlement, staff development and working in a campus environment.
The post is available immediately on a full-time, indefinite basis.
UEA offers a variety of flexible working options and although this role is advertised on a full-time basis, we welcome applications from individuals who would prefer a flexible working pattern.
