Senior Research Associate (RA1601)

£33,199 to £39,609 per annum 

We are looking for a driven researcher with experience of qualitative research methods and ideally experience of process evaluation methods used to evaluating the implementation of complex healthcare interventions. Working in the Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences at UEA, and with the Norwich Clinical Trials Unit (CTU), you will be responsible for implementation and dissemination of funded studies involving a process evaluation component, and for the development of funding applications requiring process evaluation (as Co-Applicant or named Researcher as appropriate). You will also be responsible for advising clients working with the Research Design Service (RDS) on process evaluation design, and contributing to CTU and RDS training and outreach activities as required.

Applicants will need to have a postgraduate qualification in a relevant area (e.g. health, social sciences, research methods) and have experience of qualitative data collection, management and analysis.

This is a full time post, for a fixed term period of 1 year. 

The post holder will be subject to an enhanced criminal record check from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
